RewardEmpire provides a platform that allows users to earn in-game rewards (such as gems, Robux, and other virtual items) for various online games ("Rewards"). These Rewards are made available at no monetary cost to you. In exchange for these Rewards, you agree to participate in promotional offers, such as surveys, app installations, or quizzes, which are provided by our third-party advertising partners ("Offers"). The revenue generated from these completed Offers funds the Rewards we provide.

3. How the RewardEmpire Reward Process Works

The process for claiming a Reward is as follows:

1. Selection: You select your desired game and Reward amount on our website.
2. Identification: You provide your public in-game Player ID. You must ensure this ID is accurate. We are not responsible for Rewards sent to an incorrect ID provided by you.
3. Verification: You must complete the required number of Offers from our third-party partners. This step verifies that you are a genuine user and allows us to fund the Reward.
4. Delivery: Upon receiving successful completion confirmation from our partners, we will process the delivery of the Reward to your game account. This process may be subject to delays and is dependent on the verification timeline of our partners.

4. User Obligations – Safe Use of RewardEmpire (No Bots, VPNs, or Fraud)

You agree to use the Service only for its intended, lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use bots, automated scripts, or any other fraudulent methods to complete Offers.
• Use a VPN, proxy, or any other means to obscure your true IP address or location.
• Provide false or misleading information when completing an Offer.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or harm the integrity of our Service.
• Create multiple accounts or abuse the system to claim more Rewards than permitted.

Violation of these obligations may result in a permanent ban from our Service and the forfeiture of any pending Rewards.

5. Third-Party Offers

The Offers presented on our Service are operated by independent third parties. When you choose to complete an Offer, you are interacting directly with that third party and are subject to their terms and conditions and privacy policy. RewardEmpire is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of these third-party services. Any issues, disputes, or liabilities arising from your interaction with an Offer must be resolved directly with the respective third party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Service are the exclusive property of RewardEmpire and its licensors. All game titles, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. RewardEmpire is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the game developers mentioned on this site.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RewardEmpire makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee that all Offers will be available or that all completions will be successfully verified by our partners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RewardEmpire, its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
